Operator
The operator of this website is me, orthodontist Dr. Fidan Aliyeva.
What information is processed
The contact form on the contact page turns the name, phone or email, topic and short note you enter into a ready WhatsApp message, entirely in your browser. The website does not send this information to any server and does not store it. You send the message yourself in WhatsApp; the information you send there is processed under that service’s privacy rules.
Send health information and photos only when needed; details are discussed at the appointment.
Patients’ photos, videos and treatment results are shared on the website and on social media only with their written consent, and for children with a parent’s written consent.
Anonymous statistics
To know how many people view which page, the website uses Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode. No cookies or identifiers are stored in your browser; each visit is counted with a random number that lives only while the page is open, so you are not recognised when you return.
Advertising signals and ad personalisation are fully disabled. When the counter loads, your browser connects to Google servers; your personal data is not passed into the statistics.
Map
A Google map is embedded on the contact page. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google servers and Google may process data under its own privacy policy.
